"Qala Life and Qala Insurance", two of the leading players in the market, are stronger together.
2025-02-04 09:05At a time when the pandemic and its ongoing consequences have not left many sectors of the country's economy, including the insurance sector, "Qala Insurance" and "Qala Life" companies are successfully continuing their efforts to correctly assess the real opportunities of the insurance market and take agile steps towards business development under the current circumstances.
According to the information provided by the companies' Public Relations Service, last week, the executives of both companies held a business meeting at the office of "Qala Insurance" with the participation of their sales teams in an online format. As a result of the meeting, these two organizations, which are related parties, joined forces during the pandemic, worked to solve the problems in the insurance market in a more organized manner, and fought for fair competition in the market, while also making concrete decisions to comprehensively meet the insurance needs of customers in both the life and non-life sectors.
Thus, during the discussion, the companies in question aimed to ensure the development of young people interested in the insurance sector by opening new offices both in Baku and in the regions, to properly use the existing human resources and to properly deliver the companies' insurance services to individuals and legal entities, thereby further increasing customer satisfaction in any region of the Republic. It should be noted that currently, “Qala Insurance” Company has an extensive sales network, covering 1 branch and 9 regional representative offices. The number of employees of the company increased by 21 people compared to the corresponding period of 2019, mainly sales specialists, reaching 137 people. The creation of new sales channels does not exclude a significant increase in the number of employees in the near future. Such administrative resources allow “Qala Hayat” Insurance Company to conveniently deliver its products to consumers at lower costs. Another important point to emphasize is that the existing human resources of the companies, with their diverse and rich experience, will create a tradition of transferring personnel from one to another due to production needs. At the same time, the new offices that will be opened soon and the young personnel hired will have made a significant contribution to the development of the insurance market in general, despite the fact that they represent “Qala Hayat” and “Qala Sigorta” in the regions.
It should be noted that the shareholder of both companies, which have been operating in the insurance market for many years, is “AzRe Reinsurance” OJSC.
